The straps are far better than the ones that came with my foot drop leg braces. One strap wraps around my calf about 8" below  my knee, and so far, it remains fastened when I bend down. I'm tired of freeing it from my sock. Brace supplier velcro was junk. If curious, google foot drop braces for a picture of the one made by Osser. Thanks for your superior quality.
